Unlike other search agents, we simply charge for the time you use.
We have no registration fee.
We charge £1,500 for the first four weeks. This covers all initial groundwork; taking your brief and sorting out what's on the market for you. It's time consuming but a vital base to start from.
After that we charge an hourly rate but we discuss the number of hours required in advance so that you control the cost.
Our average search usually takes about 12 weeks and costs around £4,000.
Rentals
If you would like us to look for a rental property, we charge one month's rent.
Bespoke Services
For all of our other services, we provide a quotation based on individual requirements.
All our fees are inclusive of VAT.
