Purchases
1% of the purchase price on properties up to £2m.
Less than 1% on properties over £2m (or an agreed % of the saving negotiated on the purchase price).
Even during the huge price surge in 2007, we were still able to negotiate discounts for our clients.
Rentals
One month's rent.
Registration fees
We charge a start up fee that we later deduct from our success fee:
£700 on purchases up to £1m and rentals up to £4,000 pcm.
£1,000 on purchases over £1m and rentals over £4,000 pcm.
For all of our other services, we provide a quotation based on individual requirements.
All our fees are inclusive of VAT.
